TOXIC TORT ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY - GLENDALE, CALIFORNIA
Are you an experienced attorney looking to join a dynamic and innovative law firm? WSHB, a national civil litigation defense firm, is expanding its toxic tort practice group and seeking associate applicants with at least 2 years of experience in California.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with lead attorneys on all phases of litigation Conduct rapid response investigations following catastrophic losses Evaluate and report on cases Handle discovery and depositions Present at trial with an emphasis on strategic thinking to meet client objectives
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in toxic tort litigation Exceptional organization and client interaction skills Deposition and written discovery experience Licensed in California
